吉隆坡臺灣學校徵才簡章 A.職缺VACANCIES:Administrator行政專員 Our school is looking for Administrator of Academic Affairs Office/Students Affairs Office and Female Warden /General Affairs Office position. 本校正在尋找合適的教務/學生事務處兼協助管理女生宿舍/總務處行政專員職位人選若干名。 B.REGISTRATION DATE報名日期: From now until (Friday) 7th October 2022即日起至2022年10月7日(星期五). C.POSITION OVERVIEW職位概述: 1.Administrator of Academic Affairs Office 教務處行政專員 (1)Responsible for academic performance management. 負責學校成績管理。 (2) Responsible for school registration management. 負責學校學籍管理。 (3) Responsible for planning and responsible for admissions activities. 計畫與負責招生活動。 (4) Plan about school publicity activities. 學校宣傳活動策劃。 (5) Perform other tasks as assigned. 完成其他交辦事項。 2.Administrator of Student Affairs Office and Female Warden 學務處行政專員兼協助管理女學生宿舍 (1) Responsible for planning physical and health activities of students. 負責規劃學生的體能和健康活動及工作。 (2) Maintain and manage sports area and equipment. 維護及管理運動場地及設備。 (3) Responsible for school hygiene and environmental protection. 負責學校衛生、環保事項。 (4) Assist dorm supervision to manage the activities of female dormitory after school. 協助舍監管理女生宿舍放學後的生活和學習。 (5) Any injuries or sickness happened on students; immediate assistance is required (for female dormitory only). 當住宿生生病或受傷時,立即提供協助(女生宿舍)。 (6) Perform other tasks as assigned. 完成其他交辦事項。 3.Administrator of General Affairs Office 總務處行政專員 (1) Responsible for various procurement and inspection matters. 辦理各項採購及驗收等事項。 (2) Worker management and other related matters. 工友管理等有關事項。 (3) Responsible for the inspection and the maintenance management of the school's properties (including classroom properties, teaching materials and equipment repair management) 負責全校公物檢查、維修管理(含班級公物、教學用品及設備修繕管理)。 (4) Compile school maintenance reports matters. 彙整各項校舍維護報表及列管等事宜。 (5) Other General Affairs Office matters. 其他庶務事宜。 (6) Perform other tasks as assigned. 完成其他交辦事項。 D.REQUIREMENTS要求: 1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Physical Education or other related field. 至少擁有學士學位/研究生文憑/體育相關或其他相關領域。 2. Must understand Mandarin, English and Malay. 必須懂中文、英文和馬來文。 3. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的表達、溝通和人 際交往能力。 4. Possessing a sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, patient and loving personality. 具有善於交際、充滿活力、鼓舞人心、精力充沛、耐心和充滿愛心的個 性。 5. Good editorial skills and IT literate. 良好的編輯能力和IT素養。 6. Independent and able to work under minimum supervision. 能夠在最低限度的監督下獨立工作。 7. Have a driving license. 有駕照。 8. Candidate with prior experience is highly desirable. 有經驗者優先。 E.BENEFIT福利: 1. Monthly salary range from RM3,000 to RM3,500 depending on qualification and experience. 根據資格和經驗月薪從 RM3,000 到 RM3,500 不等。 2.
