學務處公告自17/3-1/4止
參酌「中華民國台灣」與「馬來西亞」兩國有關COVID-19(新冠肺炎、俗稱武漢肺炎)防疫訓令，行政會議議定本校與防疫有關新增措施如下
1. 4月30日前學校週會暫停舉辦。
2. 全校的校外教學活動暫緩舉辦。
3. 畢業旅行疫情緩和前暫緩舉辦。
4. 即日起至4月30日課外活動暫停，延課或退費視疫情另行通知。
5. 學生若因擔憂疫情，有請「防疫假」需求，從寬認定，但一次防疫假須請滿14天，請假期間需在家中自主健康管理，若未滿14天返校，或經察覺防疫假期間進行非防疫活動，皆依本校請假規則改成其他假別。
6. 另依董事長口喻自明日(17/3)起除本校師生外，未經相關處室同意，家長及來賓不入校園（雨天開車入校接送除外），董事會除杜書垚董事長，林凱民執行董事以及白聖舟財務董事外也不入校園。

Announcement from Students’ Affair In reference to the preventative measures of COVID-19 given by Taiwan and Malaysia, the new measures for the school were decided during the administrative meeting.
1. School assembly will not be conducted until 30th April.
2. All school field trips will be postponed.
3. The graduation trips will be postponed.
4. All extra co-curricular activities will be suspended from now until 30th April. Further notice regarding the class postponement or refundment will be announced later.
5. If the students are worried about the outbreak of COVID 19, students can apply preventative leave, but the total number of days for each leave’s application must be 14 days. During this period, students are requested to self-monitor their health status. If the students return to school within 14 days, or they are doing other non-preventative activities, the school has the right to change the leave to other types of leave.
6. The director stated that starting from today, except the school teachers and the students, the parents and guests are not allowed to enter the school compounds (with the exception of rainy day).
